As a former Assistant District Attorney prosecuting felony cases, Lisa gained valuable insight into the strengths and weaknesses of prosecution cases. Her criminal law training began when she interned at DeKalb County Solicitor’s office. At the DeKalb Solicitor’s Office Lisa focused on DUI cases. She is a formidable DUI defense attorney who has undergone the same training as Police Officers who are NHTSA Certified in DUI detection. Lisa also interned at Cobb County District Attorney’s Office where she focused on felony cases. As an Assistant District Attorney in Clayton County, Lisa gained valuable knowledge in Juvenile Law in Juvenile court. Additionally Lisa was assigned to the special victim’s unit in Clayton County where she dealt specifically with crimes against women. These experiences gave her valuable knowledge and insight into the prosecution side. Lisa is keenly aware of the power the government has when they accuse of you of a crime and the tremendous need for an attorney. You need an attorney that can honestly assess the prosecution’s case against you.
